AV and technical production for events in Madrid

We plan, coordinate and run the technical side of corporate and institutional events: sound, lighting, video, screens, live vision mixing, streaming and photography, with one team and one technical lead from start to finish.

We work with international agencies, production companies and corporate communications teams organising events in Madrid. We can handle the full technical production or join your existing team. Based in Madrid and available across Spain.

Production and stage management in English, French and German, on request.

The technical side shouldn’t become another problem at your event

Organising an event in another country means working with a venue, suppliers and schedules you don’t know. We start with your brief, the space and the critical moments of the programme, then define the equipment and crew it needs and take care of the rest on site.

Event agencies and production companies

We join your team as your technical partner in Madrid. We work from your brief and coordinate with the venue and your other suppliers.

Who we work with

Corporate communications teams

Town halls, kick-offs, product launches and internal meetings, with streaming for employees who follow remotely and recording when you need it.

International organisations and associations

Conferences, annual gatherings and panel sessions in Madrid venues, with one technical contact from the first brief to the last session.

What we cover

How we work

1. Send us your brief

Date, venue, number of attendees, programme and format. If you already have an equipment list, a tech rider or a floor plan, send it too. We reply within 24 working hours.

2. Technical proposal

We define equipment, layout, power and signal flow, and check them against the venue. If needed, we visit the venue beforehand.

3. Confirmation and coordination

Once the proposal is approved, we confirm crew and equipment, and agree schedules, access and responsibilities with the venue and your other suppliers.

4. Event day

One technical lead is your contact in the room, from set-up to de-rig.

Frequently asked questions

What does technical production include?

Technical design, sound, video, lighting, screens, technical crew, set-up, testing, live operation and de-rig. Depending on the project, also streaming, recording and photography, and if needed carpet, lectern, technical tables and basic staging. One technical lead coordinates the project from the initial design to the de-rig, with technicians in the room throughout the event.

How long does set-up take?

It depends on the size of the event, but we usually need 3 to 5 hours. For complex set-ups, we can install the day before.

Can we hire streaming only?

Yes. We can handle just the vision mixing, live streaming and delivery of the recording, without the rest of the production. A stable stream needs a good internet connection and proper sound, which can come from the venue or from us. We check the venue’s connection beforehand and, if it isn’t enough, we propose an alternative. We stream on Teams, Zoom, YouTube or Vimeo.

Which screens do you use?

It depends on the venue and the event. For meeting rooms, talks and corporate events we usually work with large-format professional displays (55" to 100"), also as confidence monitors for speakers. When the event needs more impact or a larger surface, we propose a modular LED wall built to size (for example, 2 × 3 m or 4 × 6 m). In every case we include stands, installation and content control, and advise you based on audience size and content.

Can you work with our agency, the venue and other suppliers?

Yes. From the start we define which part we cover, who is responsible for each deliverable and how we coordinate with the other teams.

Do you work in English?

Yes. We handle the brief and the proposal in English. Production and stage management in English, French and German, and an English-speaking technical crew, are available on request: we confirm them in the proposal, and they may affect the budget.

Do you work outside Madrid?

Yes. We are based in Madrid and work across Spain when the project requires it. Logistics are planned from the proposal.

Can you invoice companies outside Spain?

Yes. We already work with companies based in other countries. Send us your company details and VAT number with your request, and we will apply the corresponding tax treatment.
